This is a hands-on lead position with responsibilities spanning compliance oversight, CPD policy development, program improvement, and coordination of the annual CPD records audit and year-end cycle processes. You will also be a mentor to CPD staff, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and act as the primary liaison with technical teams to ensure the CPD platform continues to meet evolving needs.
This role will suit a highly organised and proactive professional who can balance strategic leadership with operational delivery in a regulatory environment. Candidates who meet the criteria below are strongly encouraged to apply:
- Proven experience leading CPD or similar professional development programs, including participant engagement, compliance monitoring, and program improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact effectively with participants, committees, internal teams, and external bodies.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a regulatory and compliance environment.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation, presentations, and development of training or support resources.
- Collaborative, proactive, and flexible, with a commitment to knowledge sharing and consistent service delivery.
- Familiarity with professional or membership-based programs, regulatory standards, and CPD platforms is highly desirable.
This full-time, permanent role is based in Melbourne, Victoria, with occasional travel required to support College events, workshops, and CPD activities.
