Membership Documentation

You will be invited to receive your Membership Certificate at the College Ceremony where your College Membership can be recognised in front of your family, friends, and colleagues.

More information on postage of your certificate can be found in your welcome email.

If you require a Letter of Good Standing for employment purposes, or you would like more information on Membership Certificates, you can contact the Membership and Culture unit: [email protected].

If your membership certificate has been damaged or misplaced, you can request a replacement. There is a replacement fee for a one-off new certificate print. Please allow a minimum of 28 days for reproduction as each certificate is printed off-site and will require the signatures of the current President, Censor-in-Chief and CEO.

Good standing requires you to:

• Be financial with the College.
• Not subject to any disciplinary or other investigations by the College.
• Meet all ACEM Recertification requirements.

Should you require a Letter of Good Standing, please email [email protected]. Requests for letters of good standing received by a third party may require written consent by the member prior issue. Please note, processing generally takes ten working days.

Requests for verification of credentials must be made in writing to [email protected]. Requests received by a third party may require written consent by the member prior to issue. Please allow ten working days for processing.

Requests for reinstatement may be made in writing to [email protected]. The request is subject to assessment fees and may take up to 12 weeks to process.
