In 2022, ACEM invited all members and trainees to take part in our first voluntary Membership and Trainee Diversity Survey. In 2023, the Membership and Trainee Diversity Survey Report was released, presenting key findings from the survey.

In 2018, ACEM committed to two key action plans to help enact meaningful cultural change in the College and in emergency departments.
