Inaugural Leadership and Governance Diversity Report
As part of the Action Plan, the College identified the need to increase diversity on College entities to reflect the demographics of the ACEM membership. As part of this, the College has committed to the annual publication of a Governance and Leadership Diversity Report, which details the composition of key ACEM governance entities. The Inaugural Governance and Leadership Diversity Report was released on 9 March 2021.
 
Leadership and Governance Inclusion Action Plan 
The Inclusion Committee is developing a Leadership and Governance Inclusion Action Plan. The Action Plan is progressing according to the following three principles.

  • The governance and leadership of the College reflects the diversity of the membership.
  • There are opportunities/pathways/mechanisms to ensure diversity and inclusivity in leadership and governance activities.
  • There is accountability for ensuring diversity and inclusivity in leadership through reporting, monitoring and evaluation.

Consultation Leadership and Governance Inclusion Action Plan
The Inclusion Committee is developing a Leadership and Governance Inclusion Action Plan.

This consultation paper presents the draft of the Leadership and Governance Inclusion Action Plan, and the College invites your feedback.
