We’re forming the ASM 2026 Working Group, and we’d love to hear from you. Whether you're full of ideas for a future-focused scientific program, passionate about inclusion, love curating engaging speakers, or just want to give back, this is your moment to contribute.

What’s involved?
As a Working Group member, you’ll:
- Help shape the scientific program for ASM 2026
- Suggest speakers, themes, workshops, and creative ideas.
- Feed into marketing, sponsorship and promotion.
- Champion local and cultural representation.
- Work alongside the ACEM Events Team and our Professional Conference Organiser, who handle the logistics.

What’s the commitment?
- A kick-off meeting in August/September 2025
- Monthly virtual meetings from late 2025 through to December 2026
- Availability to attend and support the conference onsite in Perth (November 2026)
- Collaboration via email and shared platforms between meetings

Who are we looking for?
We’ll appoint:
- A Chair and Co-Chair
- Up to 8 FACEMs from both within WA and across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand
- At least 1 trainee representative
- Plus: prior Working Group members and culturally diverse voices are encouraged to apply.
