ACEM response (30 Apr 2018) regarding Health Services (Private Hospitals and Day Procedure Centres) Amendment Regulations 2018. The objective of these regulations is to amend the 2013 regulations to reflect amendments to the Health Services Act 1988 made by the Health Services Amendment Act 2016.
