The Medical Board of Australia is updating the Guidelines for Telehealth Consultations with Patients. The Guidelines had not been updated since 2013 and required revision in light of the rise of telehealth due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This policy outlines the underlying principles, philosophies and strategies to meet the emergency health care needs of people who identify as LGBTQIA+ISB in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
