This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the ACEM exams and to gain first-hand experience of the OSCEs.
- Participants will be required to prepare prior to the exam, familiarising yourself with the role player instructions and any additional information provided for the role.
- On the morning of the exam, you will have the opportunity to rehearse with other role players and examiners assigned to your OSCE to ensure a standardised scenario for all candidates.
- During the exam you will be responsible for keeping the scenario on track and maintaining standardised exam conditions.
Necessary travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the College in line with the Travel and College Expenditure Guidelines. Once role players have been allocated, they will be emailed instructions on how to book.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in ACEM examinations. Participation as a FACEM Role Player is looked upon favourably for those interested in joining an examination working group, or for those wanting to become an examiner in future.
