In this influential role, you’ll lead a contemporary People & Culture function that aligns closely with our College’s strategic goals. You’ll drive high-impact initiatives in workforce planning, leadership development, recruitment, employee wellbeing, and workplace culture—while ensuring everything we do is people focused, compliant, and future-ready. You’ll be a key advisor to senior leaders, shaping how we support and grow our most important asset — our people.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
- Experience in leadership, coaching, and change management
- A passion for creating inclusive and thriving workplaces
- Experience in a Membership based organisation
