Why the new roles?
ACEM has released our new 2025 – 2030 strategy. We are embarking on a realignment of our Education and Training programs to ensure they directly support the College’s strategic outcomes and core business priorities. This refreshed approach reflects a commitment to delivering high-impact, future-focused training that equips members and trainees with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to meet the evolving demands of emergency medicine across Australasia.
This has resulted in the creation of three new General Manager roles within the College that will strengthen the quality and consistency of our programs and ensure alignment with both member needs and broader workforce capability requirements.
