This policy relates to the performance of forensic medical examinations and the collection of forensic tissue samples within emergency departments (EDs). The policy is applicable to EDs in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. This is version three of the policy.
The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM; the College) is aware that some candidates were affected by IT issues during the Short Answer Questions (SAQ) component of today’s Fellowship Written Examination in the Brisbane and Sydney Cliftons examination centres.
The FACEM Training Program involves sitting both a Primary and a Fellowship Examination.
