Joint guidelines between the Aotearoa New Zealand ACEM Faculty and St John New Zealand (SJNZ) regarding principles and guidelines in the event of ambulance ramping at EDs in NZ. Its purpose is to provide personnel in hospital EDs and SJNZ ambulances with support in developing and implementing a joint process between their organisations.
As we fast approach the end of 2019, it’s important to reflect on the year that has been.
This is my end-of-year message to all of you as we approach the final stages of an extraordinary 2020.
FACEM Dr Stephen Gourley has been elected as the College’s next President-Elect, following the conduct of an election in which more than 880 Fellows cast a vote.
I feel incredibly privileged and humbled to be the new President of ACEM. I also feel a little bit nervous.
