Emergency doctors from the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM; the College) welcome the state-wide adoption of time targets based on ACEM’s Hospital Access Targets (HAT) as a positive step towards safer emergency healthcare in Western Australia.
FACEM Dr Clare Skinner has been elected as the College’s next President-Elect, following the conduct of an election in which more than 1200 Fellows cast a vote.
It has been my privilege as ACEM President to spend the past few months travelling around Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.
