The College strives to support Fellows as they transition into the later stages of their emergency medicine career.

To assist in this phase of your career we have established the Later Career Program which is currently being informed by the Later Career Program Working Group.

On this page you will find relevant information, resources and upcoming Later Career Program events.

So we can learn from your positive and negative experiences, we also want to hear about your experiences relating to rostering patterns, transitions into other non-clinical or non-ED roles and preparing for retirement. There is the opportunity to share your story below.

If you have questions or suggestions for additional content, please contact the Membership and Culture Unit.
