This document sets out the procedure for the review of inquest findings and recommendations referred to ACEM by Coroners to ensure that, where possible, these recommendations are adopted, including communicating Coroners’ findings to College members.
Treatment should be provided and escalated in accordance with patients’ needs and wishes, anticipated progress, prognosis and goals of care.
