ACEM is governed by the principles outlined in our Constitution. The Constitution was adopted on 15 November 2009, replacing the former Memorandum and Articles of Association which were established at the College's inception in 1984. It was amended: 15 March 2011, 20 November 2011, November 2013 and November 2015.
