This is a policy of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM; the College). This document relates to the provision of emergency medical advice over the telephone to patients, carers and non-health professionals who telephone a hospital emergency department.
This page must be completed and attached to the front of each project report submitted to the College for review.

ACEM provided a short submission in response to the Western Australian Department of Health stakeholder review of the draft monitored medicine prescribing code (the draft code). ACEM is broadly supportive of the draft code.
This form is to be used for enrolment in the Associateship in Advanced Emergency Medicine at the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine.
The Next Phase
Knowledge regarding the transmission of the COVID-19 virus (SARS-CoV-2) has evolved since the beginning of the pandemic in January 2020.
