ACEM Members working outside of Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, who are not registered to practice in these respective countries have the option to participate in the ACEM CPD program with modified requirements.
Cultural awareness is a critical part of successful patient care, which is why ACEM established the Indigenous Health and Cultural Competency (IHCC) program.

The ACEM Board governs the College, with Board members being the Directors of the organisation. The Board meets six times a year and holds an Annual General Meeting of members every November.
