Eligibility: ACEM members and trainees
Purpose: To recognise those members and trainees who are proactively putting in place a well thought through strategy to encourage and promote the physical and mental health of emergency department staff.
Award: A certificate presented at an ACEM forum considered appropriate to the nature of the award recipient(s) and initiative(s), and which may be dependent on the availability of the recipient(s).

Honour Roll

The inaugural ACEM Wellbeing Award was bestowed in 2018. The award celebrates the initiative(s) of individuals, groups or whole emergency departments that have resulted in enhanced wellbeing for their emergency medicine colleagues.

A range of initiatives  across their ED, including increased social functions, creative competitions, staff feedback activities and fundraising
