The Australian Department of Health has provided a program to introduce internationally trained physicians to the requirements and expectations of working in Australia, in emergency departments.
The Workforce Wellbeing Network is a community of practice that has been formed to develop, support, educate, research and advocate for the wellbeing of ACEM trainees, members and College employees.
ACEM receives many requests for sponsorship and support from a wide variety of organisations and individuals. We recognise the importance of forming partnerships with groups and organisations that align with ACEM’s activities and principles.
A clear concern in emergency departments across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand is not just the health and well-being of patients, but the health and well-being of emergency medicine physicians and trainees.
