Private Health Insurance (Reforms) Amendment Rules 2018 (the Rules)

ACEM suggesting that government and private health insurers communicate patient options for care choices, to provide materials clearly articulating services covered and the costs, both in public and private hospital settings. Support for the proposals to provide information to the PHI ombudsman website and for an awareness campaign.
