Please join us for a Mortality Case Discussion Session – a CPD-approved MO activity involving peer discussion of published coroner reports.
The activity includes:
- 1.5 hour of pre-reading/preparation
- 1.5 hour online small-group peer-led discussion, using a guided discussion tool
On the day, after a brief introduction, you’ll be placed into small online groups for peer-led discussion.
The cases for discussion are based on publicly published coroners reports. ACEMs Quality and Patient Safety Committee prepares summaries of the reports for your reference. These can be found here: Learning From Incidents.
