You will lead delivery of strategy initiatives, oversee project documentation in line with the ACEM Project Management Framework, and provide secretariat support to the Workforce Committee and the Regional, Rural and Remote Advisory Committee.
This role will suit an organised, analytical and collaborative professional who can balance project delivery with committee support in a busy environment. We’re looking for candidates with:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in health, social science, policy or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating multiple projects to meet deliverables within agreed timelines.
- The ability to gather and analyse information across multiple domains and present findings clearly.
- Highly developed written and interpersonal communication skills, including report and correspondence preparation.
- Demonstrated experience providing committee secretariat services, including agendas, minutes and action lists.
- A flexible, self-motivated and collaborative approach, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- Experience in, or an understanding of, the Australian / Aotearoa New Zealand health system(s) and membership or not-for-profit medical organisations (highly desirable).
This full-time, permanent role is based in Melbourne, Victoria (Naarm / Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung Country), with occasional interstate and trans-Tasman travel required to support College priorities.
