The same set of EM-WBAs that were required for Late Phase Advanced training will still be required to be completed by the time a trainee is assessed for Training Stage Four, even though CBDs and Mini-CEX are not required as part of Training Stage Four. This is to ensure the TPR panels have a full suite of assessments to be able to make an informed decision about whether a trainee has achieved the standard.
Any Late Phase WBAs completed prior to transition will be carried forward post transition. Trainees and assessors will be able to access CBD and Mini-CEX assessment forms following transition to complete any remaining WBAs.

The Team Lead Resus/Intubation WBA, a requirement of TS4, will be credited and not required for the completion of this stage. At the discretion of the TPR Panel, if a trainee is required to complete Additional training time for this stage, they may ask a trainee to complete a Team Lead Resus/Intubation WBA.
