Libby is a lawyer and a Principal at Russell Kennedy Lawyers. She heads Russell Kennedy’s Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety practice and has worked at Russell Kennedy for over 27 years.
She is an experienced legal practitioner specialising in employment law, industrial relations and workplace health and safety, advising employers across a wide range of sectors. She also regularly presents as an expert on employment and industrial relations matters and has been recognised for many years by Best Lawyers and Doyles Guide.
Libby has previously served on the board of a large not-for-profit aged care provider, the Russell Kennedy board and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She has served as a non-FACEM member of the ACEM Board since 2020, is the chair of the Board Governance Committee and the Nominations Committee and has been a member of the Equity and Inclusion Committee (and its predecessor) since 2022, as the ACEM Board’s ex-officio representative for legal and governance matters.
