Kate works at the Royal Hobart Hospital and manages the Registrar Teaching in addition to being co-DEMT.
She is passionate about helping emergency medicine trainees and physicians to become the best that they possibly can be, for themselves and their patients.
When not at work, Kate can be found on her goat and cattle farm, where she would be milking the goats, making cheese or managing sales and marketing. She also spends time catching up with tasks of the community not-for-profit groups she's involved in.
Occasionally, Dr Field gets time to pursue other passions like kitesurfing, gardening and hanging out with her two small children.
