You will expand and practice your understanding of human factors and team behaviours and their impact on the quality of team-based clinical care, practice team resuscitation skills in immersive simulations, refresh advanced procedures in airway and vascular access and receive tips, techniques and support from your colleagues in small group discussions and debriefing.
