Non-ED placement	Not required to progress to TS4 and can be completed at any stage prior to Fellowship.
Online Modules: ACEM Core Values	All transitioned trainees must complete the ACEM Core Values module to be eligible for Fellowship. Trainees who have completed the ACEM Core Values module prior to the transition will have this credited towards this requirement.
Paediatric Emergency Requirement (PER) PER WBAs 3 x Mini-CEX 3 x CbD 2 x DOPS	Regulation G applies. PER is not required to be eligible to sit the Fellowship Clinical Examination (OSCE)and can be completed at any stage prior to Fellowship.
TS2/3 Combined Time Limit of 8 calendar years	No time limit on TS2 and TS3. All transitioned trainees have up to their remaining 12-year limit to complete their training.
Major Referral* 6 Month Adult/Mixed ED Public ED	Trainees who have completed 6 months Major Referral, even if in a Paediatric or Private ED, will be credited the full requirement. Trainees who have partially completed this requirement will receive partial credit. If the Major Referral Requirement has not been started it will be required as per Regulation G.
Non-Major Referral* 12 Month Adult/Mixed ED Public ED	All transitioned trainees will be credited 6 months Non-Major referral. This means that only 6 months is required in a Non-Major Referral in Adult/Mixed Public ED. Trainees who have completed 6 months of Non-Major Referral, even if in a Paediatric or Private ED, will be credited the full requirement. Trainees who have partially completed this requirement will receive partial credit. If the Non-Major Referral Requirement has not been started it will be required as per Regulation G (with 6 months credit applied). *Any Major Referral/Non-Major Referral time completed as part of the core ED of Advanced Training prior to transition will be considered for credit towards this requirement.
Minimum 18 Months in Adult/Mixed ED	All transitioned trainees will be credited 6 months Adult/Mixed ED. This means that only 12 months is required in an Adult/Mixed ED. Trainees who have completed 12 months of Adult/Mixed ED will be credited the full requirement. Trainees who have partially completed this requirement will receive partial credit. If the Adult/Mixed ED Requirement has not been started it will be required as per Regulation G (with 6 months credit applied).
Private ED Time Limit 12-month single site 18-months total	Regulation G applies moving forward. Previous time spent (prior to transition) in Private ED does not count towards Regulation G limits.
Paediatric ED Time Limit 12-month single site 18-months total	Regulation G applies moving forward. Previous time spent (prior to transition) in Paediatric ED does not count towards Regulation G limits.

What will happen to the ED training time I have already completed in Early Phase?

Any ED training time certified towards core ED Early Phase training at the time of transition will be credited to the Training Stage Two core ED requirement.

The training time limit to complete TS2 and TS3 is 8 years. Will that apply to me?

No, that training time limit will be waived. Trainees who will transition to Training Stage Three will be required to complete all the training requirements within 12 years from the date they started the pre-2022 training program. Essentially your current training due date to achieve Fellowship will be the same following transition.

Will the EM-WBAs I completed during Early Phase be carried forward post transition and what EM-WBAs do I need to complete by the end of 12 months of Core ED of Training Stage Two?
