The nature of work and education commitments as doctors in emergency medicine can often be difficult to balance while maintaining a personal quality of life.

ACEM Assist is a free and confidential service available to members and trainees, which provides counselling and coaching across a spectrum of personal and work-based issues. This holistic approach aims to support all aspects of your wellbeing.

Gain advice on matters such as nutrition, sleep, career advancement, difficult conversations, leadership development, money management and lifestyle along with psychological counselling.

You can access up to four sessions per stream in any 12-month period. Streams include Leader, Career, Conflict, Nutrition + Lifestyle, Support and Finance.

This confidential service is delivered by external provider and your details will not be disclosed to the College.
