Reporting to the Council of Advocacy, Practice and Partnerships (CAPP), the PHRM Section aims to promote PHRM in the daily practice and delivery of emergency medical care throughout Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand and facilitate greater networking and mentoring opportunities amongst College members and trainees working in or with an interest in PHRM.
The PHRM Section will provide advice and guidance to CAPP, the Conjoint Committee of PHRM (CCPHRM) and other ACEM entities and governing bodies as required, on matters relating to the practice and delivery of PHRM. The Section will also advocate for issues that specifically affect College members and trainees working in PHRM, in order to inform development of College and CCPHRM policy and practice.

Membership of the PHRM Section is open to all members and trainees of the College with an interest in PHRM. To become a member and be on the mailing list for any future emails or news, please submit an application for membership below.
Following the initial call for membership and attainment of a minimum of 30 FACEM members, the College will conduct a nominations process to establish the PHRM Section Executive. Nominations will be conducted in accordance with Regulation A9.4. FACEM members of the PHRM Section will be invited to nominate for a position on the PHRM Executive. Final appointments to the Executive will be made by CAPP. Further details in relation to formation of the Section Executive, including information relating to the nomination and election process, will be provided to Section members in early-July 2020.
