Lynda completed her undergraduate degree at Monash University and after a few years working in Victoria moved to Perth, Western Australia where she completed her EM training. She now works part-time as a staff specialist and also holds an academic position within the University of Western Australia.
Lynda is constantly inspired by the underlying principles of compassion, quality care, collegiality, and teamwork of EM. Most of all, she loves that no two days are ever the same.
She hopes that as a working mother with three young children she can bring a contemporary, "real life" human perspective to the work of CAPP in advocating for members and patients.
Outside work and parenting, Lynda’s passions are running, snowboarding, travelling and anything in the outdoors.
